- This article is from Cathy's Natural Remedies. I really appreciate her articles on health. This is about magnesium deficiency. Apparently, this is a big contributor to illness in our society. Here is the article about magnesium deficiency.
- And a great post from Escape From Obesity called, "The Tale of Two Salads." It is an encouraging story of how the author managed to kick her salad dressing addiction, so to speak. This is one that I still need to work on!
- And this post was something I found so encouraging. It's how things in life are just a bit easier, if you are fit, healthy ... etc. This is from the elegant Princess Dieter at Two Years To A Healthy Weight.
